Here to help

Files can be uploaded online using our trusted file transfer client (Dropbox Pro) where you simply drag and drop your files for upload. After the deposit amount has been paid, we will send you a link that will take you directly to the online file upload application. Alternatively, we can send you a USB flash drive in the post together with a stamped return envelope for you to copy the footage onto and send back.
We can edit the following file formats: mov/mpeg/mp4/MTS. If your format is not on this list please send us your query via the form on the contact page.
Each package includes an HD copy (or an SD copy if footage is supplied in SD) formatted to suit the social media platform of your choice. This is usually an MP4 file tailored specifically to play back at maximum quality on your selected social media platform. However we can discuss your requirements with you and supply you with the format that works best.
On Windows, just select all the clips you want to find the total duration for and the length will be detailed in the bottom portion of the file browser in the information pane. We will happily support you through this process if you need any further assistance.

On a Mac, this can be done in iTunes. Just open up iTunes, click the ‘+’ icon to create a new playlist and then simply drag and drop all your clips in. The estimated duration will appear just under the name of the playlist near the top of the application. You can delete these files from iTunes afterwards (as long as the files are still backed up in their original place!).

This depends on the footage supplied and the requirements you have provided us. An hour of video footage generally yields 1-1.5 minutes of edited footage in the final product. However, this could be less or more depending on the quality of the original footage.
We always want to make sure that your video memory is captured in the way you imagined so if you are not 100% satisfied with the final result we allow up to 3 revisions. The final edit and revisions will be sent to you as a low resolution video with a watermark. The full HD version will be supplied to you once the video has been signed off and the total payment made.
Before you send over any footage for us to start editing we require a 20% deposit. We will email you an invoice which will outline our bank details for you to transfer the deposit amount to. Once the edit has finished, revisions have been made and you have signed it off, the remaining balance will need to be deposited in order for the final high resolution, non-watermarked video to be released.
Yes, we take data security very seriously to ensure your footage remains private and confidential. We do not share any of your data with third parties without your explicit permission. We use Dropbox Pro for file transfer. Dropbox uses 256-bit AES encryption and use an SSL/TLS secure tunnel to transfer files.
We will only share the final video with your permission. We will request your permission at the end of the process and you can absolutely opt out of this if you like. We would only use your video in our website portfolio or on our social media outlets to show people examples of our work.
Unfortunately we can’t offer commercial music in our packages. However, we have access to some of the best music libraries which are full of tracks from incredible artists. Let us know your favourite music style and we will hand pick a selection suitable tracks for you to review. We want to make sure you are as happy as possible with the end result. From upbeat indie tracks or pulsing dubstep to epic trailer music with swelling orchestras, we have tracks to suit everyone’s taste. Music plays a very important role in the video edit as it defines the mood and pace. Choose carefully as music cannot be changed at the revisions stage.
All our packages only include a video montage to music with no camera sound. We often avoid using sound in the final edit  as sound recording on a lot of devices leave a lot to be desired. This is especially true of the GoPro. However, if this is something you would really like we would be more than happy to do this for you at an additional cost.
Yes, HD files come as standard with each package. However, please note that you will need to have shot your footage in HD in order to qualify for the final film to be supplied as an HD file or as a Blu Ray copy.
We accept most devices including but not limited to; Action cams such as GoPro, tablet, smartphone, camcorder, and digital camera. If you aren’t sure, please send us your query on the contact page.
In our experience we find that at least an hour of footage is needed to create a really good video. However it depends on the quality of the footage that has been shot. Sometimes a shorter amount of footage of higher quality can yield more than a longer amount of footage of lower quality. We are always happy to discuss your individual needs and requirements with you and figure out what will work best.
We supply your final film as an MPEG4 file which is most likely to be recognised by your smart TV. If this file doesn’t work, you may need to consult the manual for your specific model of Smart TV to check what it accepts. We are happy to guide you through this process if you have any issues so just get in contact with us in the event of this problem.
